The royal family has rules about fashion, such as not showing knees, not wearing wedges, no nail polish colors that don’t look natural, and more. With so many rules, it’s no wonder many members of the family wear similar styles. For instance, Meghan Markle and Catherine, Princess of Wales, better known as Kate Middleton, have accidentally twinned over the years. And now, eagle-eyed fans at The List noticed that Rose Hanbury and Kate have twinned quite a few times, or rather, Hanbury has worn pieces extremely similar to Kate over the years.

Now, during King Charles III’s coronation in 2023, many people noticed that both Kate and Hanbury had donned the Aquazzura bow-tie suede heels, which is actually one of Meghan’s go-to’s. The List compiled a list of times Hanbury channeled Kate’s fashion, with simple examples of them wearing black and white dresses, fur hats, and more.

But one example caught our eye: the leafy-inspired tiara.

So remember during Charles’s coronation when Kate wore a headpiece, that resembled a tiara, that was designed by milliner Jess Collett and the Alexander McQueen fashion house.

It is a headpiece designed from silver bullion, crystals, and silver threadwork, per Kate Middleton Style. It was a new piece, and her daughter, Princess Charlotte.

You may not have noticed it then, but fans are noticing now: Hanbury wore a tiara that’s eerily similar to the headpiece Kate donned last year. Per The List, Hanbury has donned the Ancaster Heathcote Tiara numerous times beforehand, specifically at the 2015 Chinese State Banquet and the 2017 Spanish state visit banquet, and again at a banquet in 2019. The tiara is an heirloom of the Cholmondeley Family, seen as early as 1952, according to the Royal Observer.

When you see the pics side-by-side, you can easily see how similar the two look to one another, and it makes fans believe the former BFFs have such a similar style.
