took a trip down memory lane when he caught up with fellow London 2012 gold medallist Jessica Ennis-Hill on Saturday.

The 26-year-old is a week away from the first defence of his world IBF heavyweight against Dominic Breazeale in what will be his fifth successive fight at London’s O2 Arena.

And Joshua couldn’t resist stripping off and showing off his guns as he dwarfed the heptathlete while they posed for a picture during training.

‘Got too much time for this woman @jessicaennishill Olympic friendsssss,’ the heavyweight wrote on Instagram alongside the snap.

Joshua looked relaxed ahead of his fight with undefeated American Breazeale, who also competed at the 2012 games, losing in the preliminary round.

Ennis-Hill meanwhile is gearing up for the defence of her Olympic title in Rio in August.

The 30-year-old returned from the birth of her first child to claim World Championship gold in Beijing last year.

Joshua and Ennis-Hill won two of Great Britain’s 29 gold medals in London four years ago, where the team won 65 medals in total.
