Madonna was sued for including sensitive content in her live show
TPO – A representative of the audience group filed a lawsuit against Madonna, saying that this is not the first time the female singer has performed late, which is almost a fraud. Viewers were also upset when the pop star’s show featured an offensive performance without warning.
According to People, Madonna is being sued by a series of fans. Fans think they were scammed by the pop queen during her Celebration World Tour.
Justen Lipeles and many others filed a class action lawsuit, accusing the Hung Up singer and the Live Nation organizers of intentional fraud when promoting the new tour. The plaintiff claims that at all four venues in California, the show did not start on time. They had to wait a few hours and could only watch the show after 10 p.m.
The lawsuit also claims that hot shows and high temperatures cause discomfort for viewers. Meanwhile, Madonna only lip-syncs during her performances.
The plaintiff also alleges that concertgoers were forced to watch topless women perform and simulate 𝓈ℯ𝓍ual acts on stage. This person claimed that the organizers and Madonna forced them to “watch pornographic and objectionable content without warning”.
In addition to Madonna and Live Nation, there are five more related companies named in the lawsuit.

In January, Madonna was sued by two fans because the performance time was different from the content stated in the announcement. The audience booed and was upset because the event was moved to 10:30 p.m. instead of 8:30 p.m. as stated in the ticket.
Instead of apologizing to the audience, Madonna’s legal team criticized the fans: “There is no text on the advertisement stating that Madonna appeared at 8:30 p.m. And no fan wants the queen of pop to appear.” right at the opening,” her lawyer countered.
This person also added that the audience should understand the rules of the star’s appearance, find their own seats, and watch the opening performance before Madonna steps on stage.
At that time, Marcus Corwin, lawyer for the two plaintiffs, said that Madonna’s explanation was not satisfactory. He asked Madonna to refund the tickets and compensate fans.
