ANTHONY Joshua is tipped to become the world’s first billionaire boxer – and he’s not trying to hide it.
Throughout his preparation for last month’s fight with Wladimir Klitschko, Anthony Joshua, dropped a staggering £20,000 to rent out this mansion.
The time has come for the world champ to return home to his mum’s ex-council flat in Golders Green, London.
And now we can take a look inside his luxury rented mansion just three miles away in plush St John’s Wood.
The 27-year-old, from Watford, was living in a palace complete with seven bedrooms and five ensuite bathrooms, a home cinema and a wine cellar.
He also had a spa, a pool and a gym – perfect for the Olympic gold medal winner to keep up with his intense training regime.
But the North London mansion comes with a hefty price tag – £86,667-a-month, equating to £1.26million every year.
On top of this, dad-of-one Joshua has reportedly splashed £500,000 on a penthouse in Finchley, London.
In his four-year professional career, Joshua had already built an estimated £13million fortune from bouts in the ring.
He’s also got a growing list of endorsements, including deals with Under Armour, Beats By Dre, Lucozade and Lynx to name a few.
And that was before he netted £15million defeating Ukrainian two-time world champion Klitschko, doubling his net worth.
