Beverly Hills’ famed bowl-shaped property, previously rented by pop sensation Justin Bieber, is now on the market for a stunning $35 million.
TMZ reported that Meek’s week-long contract was violated during the large party.
The landlord said that the property was left in disarray, with damaged furniture, glass, landscaping, and a trampoline.
He was also advised ‘not to consider of having the Grammy celebration’ on the premises.
The salad spinner mansion had previously been rented by NBA players Markieff and Marcus Morris.
The three-story, six-bedroom, seven-bath mansion boasts unique architecture, 6,500 square feet of living space, an elevator, a sail-shaped infinity pool with spa, and breathtaking views over Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.
Other features include multiple bars, a six-car garage, and cutting-edge security system.
The property first sold for $9 million in 2011 and was most recently sold for $10.5 million in 2014.
According to Realtor.com, it has been a high-end rental property, with monthly rents ranging from $50,000 to $85,000.

The landlord sued Mill, 37, for leaving the premises damaged after ‘1,000 guests turned up’ to his party.
According to an internet real estate listing for the house, developer Raffi Cohen commissioned the home in 2009 while single, but put it on the market in 2010 after getting married and having children, believing it was more of a bachelor pad.
Bieber and his wife, Hailey Bieber, are expecting their first child together, therefore he is unlikely to be interested in the property.
The pair, who married in 2018, revealed their pregnancy last month on Instagram.
They were able to keep the news under wraps for six months and apparently wanted to keep it hidden for as long as possible.
‘When they found out that Hailey was pregnant, it was just the best day for them. They have both been very emotional about it,’ a source told People. ‘They feel so blessed. They’ve also felt very protective of the 𝚋𝚊𝚋𝚢 from the moment they found out.’
They continued: ‘They shared with family and close friends early on. It was important for them to keep it quiet and just enjoy for as long as possible before they publicly confirmed though. They asked their friends to not share until they were ready to announce.’
