Anthony Joshua has sent Carl Froch another ‘barrage of insults’ over WhatsApp, according to him.

The Cobra has urged ‘plastic gangster’ AJ to meet him face to face and resolve their fight ‘like men’, threatening to release more incriminating texts if he does not.

Carl Froch alleges he has received an additional ‘barrage of hatred’ from boxing sensation Anthony Joshua.

Last week, Froch released copies of Joshua’s chats and called him ’embarrassing’, sparking a public feud.

Joshua had previously labeled Froch as a ‘pr***’ in an interview before doubling down and sending him a video counting money with the message ‘get on my level’.

‘I have shared 10% of the messages. “I mean, it’s schoolboy stuff,” Froch told BestOnlinePokerSites.

In communications shared by Froch, Joshua allegedly doubled down on calling him a ‘pr***’.

The Cobra has urged on AJ to meet him face-to-face and resolve their disagreement ‘like a man’

‘It looks like plastic bandits. It’s sad, infantile, and little ludicrous.

‘I believe he will be cringing to himself at that. I’ve posted it because I shouldn’t be abused by someone in this position and called that term.

‘I’ve kept 90% of what he said hidden. He messaged me again overnight and removed four of his texts.

‘I’ve had a deluge of vitriol directed at me, but I’m willing to meet up and deal with it like men.

‘What am I going to do if you’re going to send me messages, abuse me, and then delete everything, and then you don’t pick up the phone when I call you to have a man-to-man conversation? I’m going to expose you for who you are.’

Joshua has a big fish to fry in the coming months, as he has a fight scheduled with Daniel Dubois on September 21 at Wembley Stadium for the vacant IBF world heavyweight championship.

Joshua, a two-time former unified world heavyweight champion, has been rebuilding his career following a difficult period.

Between 2019 and 2022, he lost three of his five fights, one to Andy Ruiz Jr. and two to Oleksandr Usyk.

The Cobra also shared a video in which AJ says ‘get on my level’ while showing off his money

On September 21 at Wembley, AJ will battle Daniel Dubois for the vacant IBF heavyweight title.

However, since then, he has won four consecutive fights, including a quick knockout of Francis Ngannou in March in Saudi Arabia.

Nonetheless, Froch has dismissed his legacy. Last week, he scolded Joshua for sharing his WhatsApp chats on his YouTube channel, Froch on Fighting.

He began: ‘So he called me a ‘pr***,’ and I went back to him and said, “Who are you f***ing calling a pr***?”

‘He came back and said, “I don’t like you,” and fair enough, you don’t like me, but all I’ve done is been honest and constructive in my critique of what you’ve done since losing to Ruiz and Usyk, and now you’re fighting Dubois.

‘There’s no need to get personal, and there’s no reason to start with a man’s hooter, which is looking very nice by the way.

“And then you’ve got your £10 and £20 bills rolled out on your bed shouting [“get on my level, get on my level”]. It’s all about levels.

‘Where did the modest person go? Where is “remain humble, stay humble” [quoting Joshua]?

‘He’s talking about levels and says I’m not on his level. But he’s talking about money. Fair play to him – he’s made a fortune, he’s smashed it.

Froch questioned where Joshua’s humility had gone and mocked him for quitting against Andy Ruiz Jr.

Joshua has won four consecutive bouts after overcoming a challenging period, including two defeats by Oleksandr Usyk.

‘But let us talk about levels in terms of legacy, conflicts, and professional accomplishments. A small obese boy from Mexico forced him to resign for f***’s sake. He spat his gumshield out and looked about, hoping for a corner or someone in the mob to aid him.

‘He was pummeled from pillar to post. “Do you want to carry on, do you want to keep fighting?” the referee asks him. And what did he do? He has stopped moving.

‘That is humiliating; something the Cobra would never, ever do. And he can take it to the bank!
