Jax Taylor was spotted on his way to the gym this week in Los Angeles.

The 45-year-old former Vanderpump Rules star — who is estranged from wife Brittany Cartwright, 35 — was dressed in a gray T-shirt and black joggers.

The Valley star added blue, white, and black Nike sneakers and flashed his tattooed arms in his short-sleeved shirt.

It came as local cops visited the home he once shared with Cartwright, and their three-year-old son Cruz.

The former couple’s marital home was recently hit with a $35,000 tax lien.

Documents obtained by DailyMail.com revealed a state tax lien has been placed on the couple’s $1.9 million Valley Village home by the California Franchise Tax Board.

The lien on the home — located in Los Angeles’ sprawling San Fernando Valley — was filed on June 12, 2024 in the amount of $35,239.88.

Brittany is currently living in an Airbnb, following her separation from Jax after nearly five years of marriage.

However, in April she shared that she still pays ‘all the bills’ at home while Jax ‘pays the mortgage.’

DailyMail.com reached out to Cartwright’s representatives, who declined to comment.

The paperwork states that ‘further interest and fees will accrue’ until the lien is paid.

The Valley cast members moved into the 3,765-square-foot five-bedroom home in May 2019, ahead of their June wedding.

At the time, Brittany shared a snap in front of their house on social media, writing, ‘I am feeling SO blessed! We have so much to look forward to. We are moving into our first home together this week, we are getting married in less than 2 months, and we start filming season 8!!’

The home is located near the homes of former co-stars Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix.

Brittany and Jax announced in late February that they were separating.

In April, Brittany said she’s ‘still living in an Airbnb’ during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

That same month she also shared on the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast that she’s still paying the bills in their home, even though she ‘put down as much money’ as Jax to buy the property.

She also said she was paying for Cruz’s school expenses, insurance, and for their car.
