Conor McGregor plans to buy Khabib Nurmagomedov’s family house which was previously seized by the Russian federation over tax debt.

Conor McGregor gives update about buying Khabib Nurmagomedov’s family house.

Conor McGregor is ecstatic about Khabib Nurmagomedov possibly going through a downfall. Years after their bout, the former UFC double champion still holds animosity towards the Dagestani legend. Nurmagomedov has been involved in some legal issues lately, and McGregor is there to make the most of this chance.

A tax evasion of $3 million has troubled Khabib Nurmagomedov recently. The retired UFC fighter had his accounts seized and car collection taken away by the authorities. On top of that, his family house was also taken, which McGregor initially offered to buy to mock his arch-rival. During his recent rant on Nurmagomedov, McGregor updated fans about the same and discussed bidding on his rival’s house.

lol! He fled his country after terrorists from his gym committed an act of terror in their city. He was banned from leaving and he fled. If he goes back to Russia he is locked up instantly. I am currently in an auction to buy the house that was repossessed from him. It’s going well.Conor McGregor via X

McGregor got mad at Khabib Nurmagomedov after former US president Donald Trump called the Dagestani his favorite fighter. Trump recently spoke with Kick streamer Adin Ross. Trump revealed conversing with Nurmagomedov about stopping the Russia-Ukraine war. The ‘Notorious’ who has always supported Trump snapped and blamed Trump for a potential campaign-ending decision.

This was not the first time McGregor has made fun of Nurmagomedov; in fact, it is considered to be a common occurrence. The rivalry appears mostly one-sided, given that the ‘Eagle’ reacted with little to no response. He has not responded to any of the Irishman’s recent rants. Nevertheless, people close to him didn’t sit by and chose to respond.

Team Khabib responds to Conor McGregor’s latest rant

Since his retirement in 2020, Khabib Nurmagomedov has given all his time to expand his business and coach his students. He managed to fulfill his late father’s dream by helping Islam Makhachev to become the UFC lightweight champion. Recently, he successfully coached his cousin Umar Nurmagomedov to win at UFC Abu Dhabi against a top bantamweight candidate.

In addition to this, Khabib Nurmagomedov has established a network with many powerful and influential people, such as Donald Trump and Middle Eastern Sheikhs. After Conor McGregor’s latest insults, Nurmagomedov’s close friend and manager, Ali Abdelaziz, had a befitting reply.

Listen, Khabib is a man who is embraced by many world leaders, Kings and Sheikhs and they all have the most respect for him. People like you make the world divide and create a lot of hate. You’ll pay for everything you said, calling people monkey shows what kind of class you have.

McGregor is expected to make his potential UFC comeback later this year. While Michael Chandler is the top name to fight the ‘Notorious,’ it won’t be surprising to see someone else in the position. Despite his inactivity, McGregor is still the biggest draw, and fans are eager to see him back inside the octagon.
